如何刪除帳戶

開啟 控霸Kongbax App。

路徑：我的 → 設置 → 註銷帳號。

輸入 Email 與驗證碼後確認，即完成申請。
若無法操作，也可寄信到 service@kongbax.com，我們將協助處理。
資料刪除時程
-
申請成功後，帳戶將立即停用。
-
資料會在 90 天內刪除或匿名化。
-
交易與訂閱紀錄需依 Google 與稅務規定保存，無法刪除。
注意事項

帳戶刪除後將無法恢復。

若有訂閱，請先到 Google Play → 付款與訂閱 → 訂閱 → 取消訂閱，避免繼續扣款。

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Kongbax App.

Go to: Me → Settings → Delete Account.

Enter your Email and verification code, then confirm to complete the request.
If you cannot access the app, please send an email to service@kongbax.com for assistance.
Data Deletion Timeline

Once the request is confirmed, your account will be deactivated immediately.

Your data will be deleted or anonymized within 90 days.

Transaction and subscription records must be kept as required by Google and tax regulations, and cannot be deleted.
Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you have an active subscription, please go to Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel to avoid future charges.
