How to delete an account
Open the Kongbax app.
Path: My → Settings → Deregister Account.
Enter your email address and verification code to confirm your application.
If you are unable to do so, please email us at service@kongbax.com and we will assist you.
Data deletion schedule
Once the application is successful, the account will be deactivated immediately.
The data will be deleted or anonymized within 90 days.
Transaction and subscription records are retained according to Google and tax regulations and cannot be deleted.
Notes
Deleting an account cannot be restored.
If you have a subscription, please go to Google Play → Payment & Subscription → Subscription → Cancel Subscription to avoid further charges.
